Care Connect is a major provider of community support services throughout Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland. Care Connect was established in 1994 as a not-for-profit organisation and is a registered charitable organisation. Today, we support more than 4,000 individuals each year.

We provide services through a variety of State and Commonwealth funded programs to support individuals in their decision to remain living independent in the community.
