After a 15 year career with the Air Liquide Group, holding several executive appointments both domestically and internationally, Paul’s desire to lead and effect change within the community care sector was realised when he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Care Connect in March 2010.

Paul’s strength in identifying opportunity in complex market environments, coupled with his extensive experience in developing strategic partnerships will see the organisation reach its strategic growth targets.

Paul is committed to the development of the sector and helping people live healthy and empowered lives.

 

Warren Howe

Warren is an experienced business leader with a passion for leading growth and change in service-focused organisations.  

His commercial experience has been gained delivering client services with chartered accounting firm Deloitte and in executive roles with WHK Group.  Warren's commercial accomplishments include leading WHK Group's accounting division from start-up to Australasia's fifth largest accounting firm.  He achieves results by combining his commercial acumen with a deep understanding of the people-side of organisations.

Warren joined Care Connect as Chief Financial Officer in October 2011 having been attracted to the organisation by it's reputation in community care and its exciting strategic vision.
   
 Marisa Galiazzo

Marisa has over 20 years experience working in the community care sector.

During that time she spent seven years working for the Department of Health and Ageing (DoHA) working across their Aged Care and Health Service Development divisions.

Marisa commenced with Care Connect in 2005 as a Client Services Manager in Blacktown (NSW) and in 2007 she moved to her current General Manager role.

   
 Jayne Gallo

Jayne Gallo has over 20 years of extensive experience in community care. Jayne’s most recent role was General Manager for Aged and Disability with Merri Community Health Service. With Merri, Jayne was responsible for managing many aspects of case management, early intervention in chronic disease, HARP, ISPs, Care Links North and Allied Health.

Jayne has also worked for the Victorian Accident Rehabilitation Council for four years, the Commonwealth Rehabilitation Service for two years, Vision Australia for 11 years and the MS Society for three years. Jayne joined Care Connect in November 2010.

   
 Rachael Guthridge

Rachael Guthridge
Director of Marketing

With over 15 years experience working as a social marketer, Rachael is passionate about empowering community.

She has worked for government (state and local), not-for-profits and commercial entities to actively and creatively engage audiences. Her state government campaigns have reached millions of households and actively engaged thousands of Victorians.

Rachael brings an innovative approach to her marketing endeavours, designing campaigns where the end-user is central and dynamically engaged.

Rachael believes in working in partnership with people and community – when people are inspired, engaged and belong, true behaviour change occurs.

   
 

Jacqui Wilson
General Manager, Commercial Services

Jacqui is an accomplished senior executive and non executive director with a background in commercial and shared services, governance, compliance, risk and strategy gained across the Health, IT, Manufacturing, Education and NFP sectors.  

Jacqui joined the Care Connect team in June 2011, and in addition to her role with Care Connect, she currently serves as a non executive director on a number of boards in the education and social services sectors.

The combination of Jacqui’s commercial background and her commitment to community care and the  principles of person-centred choice will ensure that Care Connect’s commercial activities continue to support the broader organisational objective of becoming Australia’s leading community care organisation.
