For some management positions a vehicle allowance is paid as a part of the total remuneration package which allows employees to provide their own vehicle through a novated lease or similar arrangement.
All employees at Care Connect use ergonomic equipment and furniture and are provided with comprehensive health and safety training as part of their roles. To effectively complete most tasks, they use state-of-the-art computer and video conferencing equipment. They are provided with staff kitchen facilities and can attend funded team activities.
The learning and development needs of employees are identified as part of Care Connect’s capability framework. Funding is provided for learning and development including in-house training. A Performance Development System operates to identify each employee’s key performance indicators and deliverables, with regular feedback sessions with managers to emphasise successes in an employee’s performance and formulate strategies for career progression.
