Care Connect is currently in the process of implementing a new client information database named GoldCare. GoldCare features will allow Case Managers to work more flexibly with clients in relation to your care needs, and because GoldCare is also web-based, in future you will have the opportunity to access your Care Connect information online if you wish. In addition, many of Care Connect’s current service providers already use GoldCare, and by utilising the same systems, invoicing procedures will be simplified, saving both time and money.
The transition to GoldCare is being implemented in stages between October 2007 and March 2008.
