Care Connect will be able to fund its vision, mission, desired future and strategic objectives because it is a viable, sustainable and profitable organisation.
Organisational culture and staff:
Care Connect will have an organisational culture that is founded on and aligned to its vision, mission and values, recognises the value and contribution of staff and ensures they have the necessary skills and knowledge to undertake their work.
Organisational efficiency and effectiveness:
Care Connect will be an efficient and effective organisation wherein contemporary structures and systems will support the development and/or delivery of excellent services.
