    Lindsay has over 25 years experience leading complex commercial companies and not for profit organisations centered around disability, healthcare and community services.

    His strategic background and distinctive understanding of the health care environment has seen him consult on areas including customer service, government policy directions and trends, social enterprises, financial and resource management, partnerships and, in particular, mergers and joint ventures.

    Lindsay’s approach utilises a strong strategic, analytical, financial, entrepreneurial, risk and review methodology based on sound governance.
In 2012 Lindsay was awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia (OAM) for service to people with a disability through a range of health organisations and employee assistance programs. Lindsay is a Director of the Inner East Melbourne Medicare Local and Network Health Victoria.

    Elizabeth has over 25 years’ experience working with migrants and refugees and those with disabilities to live more fulfilling lives. Many of these years have been spent working with reputable charity organisations such as The Australian Multicultural Community Services and local government. She is a strong practitioner of the access and equity principles and her distinguished career includes being appointed to the role of a Multicultural Commissioner in Victoria between 2008-2015.

    Elizabeth has gone on to manage multidisciplinary teams, pioneer research into migrant settlement and mental health and has authored and co-authored several publications on the lives of everyday people from her native Poland who were caught up in the horrors of WW2 – lest they too be forgotten.

    Marcia worked as an economist for the Australian Wool Corporation and was CEO of POLA Cosmetics Australia and New Zealand.

    Through the success of this start up business, she became the first Telstra Victorian Business Woman of the Year and has been a Non Executive Director of numerous boards related to large scale retail, printing and tourism operations. In 1997 she published her autobiography High Heeled Success. In 2015 she published a second book Finding New Meaning in Life.

    She is currently a Chair with the CEO Institute and on the boards of National Seniors and the Australian Physiotherapy Council.

    She was recently elected to Stonnington Council.

    Marcia is a sought after public speaker and consultant specialising in strategic planning, brand management, sales and marketing.

    Marcia’s commitment to the Care Connect Board comes from a firm belief that people want to live safe and independent lives. She is interested in Care Connect’s ability to meet the changing economic and social demands that government and community face with an ageing population.

    Sandra has spent most of her professional life in the Corporate sector in both private and public company roles.  This has given her a broad business understanding, primarily in the human resource field but also in health, safety and the environment.

    In her most recent position as Senior Vice President, People & Performance, she had responsibility for the global human resource activities of an Australian publicly listed company and worked closely with the CEO and the Board on Human Resource strategies and governance issues. Her specific interests in the Human Resource field are focused on improving organisational performance and fostering leadership capabilities. She continues to consult in the HR area and mentors others in the profession.

    Sandra joined the Board of Care Connect in 2013 following the merger of Diverse Community Care with Care Connect.     Justine is an experienced senior finance professional and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants. She has over 25 years’ finance, investor relations and operational experience in large corporates (PWC & ASX100 majors Santos and Faulding) and in smaller listed and private growth businesses. She has worked in complex healthcare services, pharmaceutical and technology products businesses. Justine is currently the General Manager, Finance for Victorian psychology provider, Caraniche.
