Justine is an experienced senior finance professional and non-executive director, with diverse experience in listed, private and NFP entities in the healthcare, technology, retail and resources sectors.
She has over 25 years’ finance, investor relations and operational experience in large corporates (PWC & ASX100 majors Santos and Faulding) and in smaller listed and private growth businesses. She has worked in complex healthcare services, pharmaceutical and technology products businesses.
A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Justine has a particular focus on robust and fit-for-purpose financial, operating and governance systems. Justine has a strong interest in the strategies and commercial challenges of the disability and aged care sectors as they seek to deliver a mission while negotiating a changing commercial and compliance environment.
Justine is the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of Vision Australia and she is a non-executive Director of residential aged care provider, Doutta Galla Aged Care Services.

Daniel is co-founder and Board Chair for Blue Bike Solutions and dutyof.care. The former is a business transformation consultancy focused exclusively on the not-for-profit and community sector, that has “a dividend in the community, rather than only a dollar in the bank account”. The latter has a mission to help make vulnerable people safer, through improved management of credentials such as WWCCs, motivated by the Royal Commission into Child Sexual Abuse.
Daniel has a previous history in consulting through IBM and Accenture, and has served on other Boards in education (primary, secondary and tertiary), faith, drug rehabilitation, and insurance.

She is a strong practitioner of the access and equity principles, and her distinguished career includes being appointed to the role of a Multicultural Commissioner in Victoria between 2008-2015.

Marcia worked as an economist for the Australian Wool Corporation and was CEO of POLA Cosmetics Australia and New Zealand. Through the success of this start-up business, she became the first Telstra Victorian Business Woman of the Year, and has been a Non‑Executive Director of numerous boards related to large scale retail, printing and tourism operations.
In 1997, Marcia published her autobiography ‘High Heeled Success’, with her second book ‘Finding New Meaning in Life’ being published in 2015.
Marcia is currently a Chair with the CEO Institute, a board member of National Seniors, and an elected Councillor of Stonnington Council.
A sought-after public speaker and consultant specialising in strategic planning, brand management, sales and marketing, Marcia’s commitment to the Care Connect board stems from a firm belief that people want to live safe and independent lives. She is interested in Care Connect’s ability to meet the changing economic and social demands that government and community face with an ageing population.

Nadine has extensive workplace relations knowledge and experience in leading and managing high-performing, diverse teams, projects and budgets.
Nadine has a diverse work history spanning multiple sectors (including health, finance, property, higher education, legal and community organisations). She has worked in a variety of roles with both single and multi-site organisations and has managed small, medium, and large-sized workforces, in private and public sectors, in both unionised and non-unionised workplaces.
Nadine is an experienced Company Director and Deputy Chair in both public companies and not-for-profit organisations. She is currently a board member of the ACT Reconciliation Council and Deputy Chair of the Raising Hope Education Foundation and the ACT Work Health & Safety Council.

America includes positions such as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary for several listed companies, and his varied management career has included roles within marketing, business development, supply management, commercial management, financial management, change management, compliance and governance.
Stephen has been working in the health care sector since 2015. His current role is Chief financial Officer of Paragon Care Limited, an equipment, device and consumables supplier to the Australian and New Zealand health care and aged care markets.
