With over three decades of experience spanning the health, community, disability, and aged care sectors, Lynda brings a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within our industry.

    Having commenced her career in community nursing, she has navigated through various leadership roles, including Aged Care Strategy and Transformation Lead at Mercy Health and Business Manager Home Care for Royal Freemasons Ltd. Her journey has been shaped by personal challenges within the healthcare system, fuelling a strong commitment to make a difference.

    As Care Connect celebrates its 30-year anniversary and embraces new aged-care reforms in 2025, she is dedicated to fostering genuine connections within the Care Connect community.     Sarah is passionate and skilled in enabling person-centered principals and approaches to be integrated through an organisation’s culture, systems and processes to facilitate the actualisation of theory into practice. Sarah focuses on developing the team’s capability and nurturing collaboration to align with the common purpose of great outcomes for consumers and staff.

    Sarah has many years of experience working as a senior dementia consultant and practice specialist in organisational change management. She brings a depth of understanding of in-service delivery and mechanisms to support sustainable best-practice models of care.

    She has also developed experiential education for Dementia care and written resource material for Cert IV in Dementia Care leadership.

In his most recent role prior to joining Care Connect, Frank was the Financial Controller at a large not-for-profit aged care, disability, and community services provider, leading the Finance team through a period of significant growth and change, including a major acquisition and wide-ranging government reforms.
