We can help you access your Home Care Package funds to purchase or hire mobility aids and equipment prescribed by a healthcare professional. We can even work with our preferred suppliers to get you a competitive price. To be eligible for specific aids, they must relate to the goals outlined in your care plan.
Equipment recommended by healthcare professionals such as occupational therapists, physiotherapists and doctors may be eligible for Support at Home funding, and you may be eligible for the Assistive Technology and Home Modifications Scheme. Types of equipment include:
