Whistleblower reporting
Care Connect encourages you to raise any concerns about care, safety or behaviour with a Manager or Senior Executive in the first instance.
If you do not feel comfortable doing this, you can make a whistleblower report here.
Whistleblowing is used when you have concerns about serious matters, such as misconduct, fraud, unfair behaviour, or risks to people’s safety or wellbeing. This also includes serious breaches of our policies or the Aged Care Act 2024.
You are encouraged to speak up. You will not be disadvantaged or treated unfairly for raising concerns. Your privacy will be respected, and you can choose to remain anonymous.
