Care Connect will partner with you at every step, according to the level of involvement you would like us to have in your life. It can be challenging to coordinate the services that you need, and you may prefer that we handle that for you.
Different levels of administrative support
At Care Connect, we will tailor a package to suit your needs, and that includes how often you would like to have your Client Adviser check in with you. We offer three level of administrative support: Bronze, Silver and Gold. If you prefer minimal contact, and just want the service set up and reviewed once a year, then Bronze is for you. If you would like more help, including regular visits from your Client Adviser and more help arranging appointments and services, then Silver or Gold would offer you the support you need.
Can you help me change providers or find a suitable provider?
Yes. If you need to change providers for any reason, we can cancel your existing service and help you find a suitable replacement. You may want a provider who is culturally appropriate to your situation, and we can help you find someone suitable. Care Connect offers independent service advice, so we will never restrict your choice of provider.
As an independent provider of services, our partners are rigorously assessed for their suitability. If you are not satisfied with your services in any way please let us know so that we can address the issues and continue to deliver high quality services.
Can you organise my appointments and times?
Yes. We can call providers on your behalf and make or change appointments, and make sure your different appointment times don’t clash. We can tailor the administrative support to your needs, and this includes handling appointments and doing all the organising.
