Lynda heads up the Executive Leadership Team at Care Connect as Chief Executive Officer.

Delivering safe, personalised, and connected in-home care is the essence of Care Connect, and Lynda is delighted to now lead this mission as Chief Executive Officer. With over three decades of experience spanning the health, community, disability, and aged care sectors, Lynda brings a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within our industry.

Having commenced her career in community nursing, she has navigated through various leadership roles, including Aged Care Strategy and Transformation Lead at Mercy Health and Business Manager Home Care for Royal Freemasons Ltd. Her journey has been shaped by personal challenges within the healthcare system, fuelling a strong commitment to make a difference.

As Care Connect celebrates its 30-year anniversary and embraces new aged-care reforms in 2025, she is dedicated to fostering genuine connections within the Care Connect community. Together with her passionate team, she aims to uphold the values of the organisation, ensuring that every individual entrusted to our care feels supported and empowered to live independently at home.

Sarah has more than 20 years’ experience across the community and aged care sector, working in rural, regional, metropolitan and remote settings across aged care, disability, specialist dementia care and community health.

With extensive operational experience spanning frontline roles through to senior leadership and specialist consultancy, Sarah brings a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver quality care. Having worked across many of the roles within the sector, she understands both the practical realities of service delivery and the human impact of organisational decisions.

Sarah brings person-centred principles to life by embedding them into culture, systems and care practices to achieve meaningful outcomes for consumers and staff. Her work focuses on strengthening team capability, service design and sustainable models of care that reflect both compassion and operational excellence.

Frank is an experienced and commercially well-rounded Finance leader with strong values, integrity, and results.

He is passionate about transforming F&A teams into strategic business partners, leading digital transformation, and leveraging data and analysis to drive business results.

Frank brings more than 18 years of proven management and leadership skills in a global environment across not-for-profit and for-profit sectors, including Aged Care and FMCG. In his most recent role prior to joining Care Connect, Frank was the Financial Controller at a large not-for-profit aged care, disability, and community services provider, leading the Finance team through a period of significant growth and change, including a major acquisition and wide-ranging government reforms.

Cindy is an executive with over 20 years of experience spanning strategy, customer experience, operations, project delivery, business transformation and data analytics.

She has held Head roles across varied industries such as superannuation, wealth management and healthcare.

She has successfully delivered multiple projects, including new technology implementation, capital raises, customer experience uplift, data management and quality uplift, organisational structure changes and service outsourcing.

Cindy is a collaborative, present and authentic leader who is known for her ability to flex between strategy and deep operational processes, professionalism, customer centricity, being outcomes driven, and always delivering to the highest standards. Cindy thrives when working with teams in a fast-paced environment to solve problems and achieve breakthrough outcomes.

Leonie is an experienced HR and organisational development leader, driving people strategy, workforce transformation, and leadership development across financial services and the not-for-profit sector. She is passionate about building high-performing, values-driven cultures that empower employees and enhance client outcomes.

Before joining Care Connect, Leonie led major initiatives in organisational design, culture transformation, DEI strategy, performance management frameworks, and leadership capability programs.
