Deanne’s greatest strengths are her creativity, drive and leadership. She thrives on being able to develop the organisation to better support its clients. Her most recent role was with Vision Australia, a leading not-for-profit that supports people who are blind or have low vision.
Deanne lives on the outskirts of Melbourne on a small farm with her partner, children, two crazy hounds and ten horses! In her free time, she likes to get out and get her hands dirty in the garden.

Kylie has expanded her educational base in quality management systems, business auditing, training and assessment plus human resource management.
Following 15 years in manufacturing, plus eight years experience in the private health sector, she offers unique insights into the challenges of attracting and retaining a culturally aligned workforce.

Sarah is passionate and skilled in enabling person-centered principals and approaches to be integrated through an organisation’s culture, systems and processes to facilitate the actualisation of theory into practice. Sarah focuses on developing the team’s capability and nurturing collaboration to align with the common purpose of great outcomes for consumers and staff.
Sarah has many years of experience working as a senior dementia consultant and practice specialist in organisational change management. She brings a depth of understanding of in-service delivery and mechanisms to support sustainable best-practice models of care.
She has also developed experiential education for Dementia care and written resource material for Cert IV in Dementia Care leadership.

Alison started her career in the hospitality industry, specialising in food and beverage operations. After spending the early part of her career in large scale, commercial operations, Alison joined a diverse membership organisation which operated a number of resorts. She enjoyed working for an organisation which always put the member first and knew that she could apply her skills to other industries which applied the same principles, thus her decision to join the aged care sector.
