    Samantha is a passionate business enabler and finance professional. She brings over 25 years’ experience gained in business and financial management across a range of sectors including higher education, retail and wholesale, shopping centre management, pharmaceuticals, tourism and professional services. Samantha comes to Care Connect with a strong pedigree in the alignment of strategy, operations, people, processes and technology for commercial success.  

    Samantha was previously a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee at Care Connect before moving into a management role. She is also a Director of the Prahran Market and in April 2015 won the Commonwealth Bank’s Not-For-Profit Treasurer of the Year Award for her work in not-for-profit Board roles.

    Samantha has also been the Chief Examiner for CPA Australia’s Capstone Global Strategy & Leadership segment for over 15 years, which is part of her passion for giving back to her profession.

    Eileen joined Care Connect in 2017 and leads the Procurement team to ensure the right providers are in place to deliver quality services to Care connect clients.   Eileen has a Procurement, Supply Chain and Quality background across a number of industries including public health, manufacturing, logistics and consultancy.

    Prior to Care Connect, Eileen was at Health Purchasing Victoria, a statutory body, firstly as a Board Director and deputy Chair of the Procurement Committee; and then joined as the Director of Change and Innovation (Procurement and Supply Chain systems) for five years.  Eileen managed improvement programs across procurement and supply chain for Victorian public health services. This included working collaboratively with 80+ public health services to put into place procurement policies for the health sector, as well as developing a framework for ongoing supply chain improvements.

    Prior to working in public health, Eileen held positions in both procurement and quality across various industries, including automotive, aerospace and logistics.  She has a passion for using data to inform decisions and has a background in quality methods and Six Sigma to assist the effective use of continuous improvement tools.
