Care Connect Recruitment Privacy Statement
Care Connect is committed to protecting the privacy and security of personal and sensitive information collected as part of the recruitment process. We adhere strictly to the requirements of all State and Commonwealth privacy laws.
The information collected about you, via the Care Connect eRecruitment site (provided by PeopleStreme), will only be used in relation to recruitment, selection and employment processes.
The information you submit is stored in a database. It will be shared with our staff who are involved in the recruitment process (including the People & Culture team) and your nominated referees. As part of the recruitment process Care Connect may also utilise the services of third parties who assist us in the recruitment and selection process.
If you choose not to provide the information requested, we may be unable to contact you, fully process your application, and/or consider you for employment.
Care Connect will rely on the information provided to process your application. If at any time your details change, please update your personal information via your Care Connect recruitment logon.
Unsuccessful applications will be retained for a minimum period of six months after the conclusion of the selection process. After this time, your information will not be used for consideration of future employment without your consent.
By using the system you agree to Care Connect using your personal information as described above. You also agree that you are qualified to work in Australia and that all information submitted via this site, and any information provided separately as part of the recruitment process, is true and complete. This includes forms, questionnaires and any attachments. You understand that any false or misleading information you provide may lead to the rejection of your application, review of any employment you accept with Care Connect and potentially your dismissal from such employment.
