With Care Connect you get the benefit of Australia’s largest independent home care adviser. We only employ Client Advisers who provide independent advice and guidance to ensure you get the best outcomes that are right for you, your lifestyle and your budget. Just like financial services, you don’t want your advice from someone who has a product to sell you.


Some providers may limit your choice of carers and services by only offering you the services they deliver. At Care Connect, we make sure your home care package is exactly what you want. We’ll help you develop a plan, and then find you the right services and carers to meet your individual needs. We have the largest network of trusted service providers, and where we don’t have the service you’re looking for, then we’ll find it for you. This could be a hairdresser to visit you at home or cooking and art classes. Unlike other providers we will actively find you free community services like exercise and walking groups, or social activities that will open up a whole new world of opportunities and connections for you.


Care Connect has three levels of customisable and flexible service options for home care packages. You choose the level of advice and services that best suits you, and the budget you wish to spend on advice and services. We also don’t charge you the Basic Daily Fee like most other providers do. You are welcome to make a voluntary contribution if you wish to – which goes back into your package budget to be spent on extra services you want.
