Dear Care Connect Community,

The ongoing COVID-19 situation has dramatically changed how we live and work. We’re all focused on how to best protect and support our communities, employees and families in the face of this pandemic.

The COVID-19 pandemic has left no one untouched.

Our hearts and thoughts go out to the people who have been affected by this unprecedented event. We appreciate every individual, the healthcare workers, local communities, and governments who have been working so hard to provide vital services to millions of people who are directly struggling with this virus, caring for those who are, or doing their part through social distancing and other shared efforts to help ensure the safety of family, friends and neighbours.

But this challenge only reinforces our 25+ year resolve to continue to keep Australians safe, well, and living independently at home as they age – an enduring value that guides us as we strive to provide the safest and most effective services to our clients and their loved ones across NSW, QLD and VIC.

Whilst the environment around how we provide the care you deserve is constantly changing, one thing remains consistent; in-home care is an essential service that is vital to your wellbeing.

Ensuring continuity of service.

We recognize that the vital role care and support plays in your ongoing independence and wellbeing is more essential now than it has ever been. We also recognize that these are unsettling times, and whether you are receiving care at home now, or considering it for the future, I’d like to reassure you that we work closely with our staff and preferred providers to deliver the care you deserve following the strictest COVIDSafe practices, to protect your health and safety and allow you to continue to live independently at home and in your community.

Care Connect is here to support you and your loved ones during these challenging times. Our committed team of experts are always available for any questions or concerns you may have.

Stay safe, stay well, stay connected.
