Today is a day to celebrate the commitment that we see from aged care employees each and every day. Some may be called superheroes, some are quiet achievers, but everyone in our industry contributes to care.
We salute them because they all play vital roles – from in-home care workers to nurse’s, cleaners and gardeners to volunteers and administration teams.
The dedication and consideration of our care workers, in what are sometimes challenging but also very rewarding roles, makes a huge difference to the lives of our clients.
