Essential Training

As part of our response to Coronavirus (COVID-19) we recognise the need protect our clients, care workers and staff from avoidable transmission.  As such we are making it compulsory for all Care Connect Service Providers to complete the Infection Control Training Module “How to protect yourself and the people you are caring for from infection with COVID-19”.  This e-learning module has been produced by the Department of Health for Aged Care service providers.

About this training

The training module covers the fundamentals of infection prevention and control for COVID-19 including:

  • COVID-19 – what is it?
  • Signs and symptoms
  • Keeping safe – protecting yourself and others
  • Myth busting
What you need to do:
  • Click on this link to register and commence training: https://covid-19training.com.au/
  • Create your e-learning account including user name and password.
  • After successfully completing the module, download a ‘Certificate of Acknowledgement’ from your account.  Please keep these as part of your training records and professional development
